WHAT WE COLLECT

We only collect information necessary to respond to inquiries and manage bookings:

  • Name, e-mail, and phone number — via contact forms or direct inquiries

  • Information about purchases and bookings — including choice of service, date, and payment

  • Technical data — IP address, browser data, and cookies when visiting the website
     

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries via contact forms — GDPR art. 6, para. 1, lit. b

  • Administration of bookings and purchases — GDPR art. 6, para. 1, lit. b

  • Bookkeeping and accounting — GDPR art. 6, para. 1, lit. c

  • Improving website functionality — GDPR art. 6, para. 1, lit. f

  • Statistics and marketing — only with explicit consent, GDPR art. 6, para. 1, lit. a
     

RETENTION PERIOD

  • Contact and communication data is deleted 24 months after the last inquiry

  • Bookkeeping records are stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates — in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act

  • Cookies are stored for the duration specified in the cookie section below
     

COOKIES

  • Necessary cookies: Ensure basic functionality and security, including logins and sessions. Provider: Wix. Retained for up to 6 months.

  • Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as language and layout settings. Provider: Wix. Retention period varies.

  • Statistical cookies: Provide insights into how the website is used. Provider: Wix Analytics. Retained for up to 12 months.
     

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We only share personal data with vendors necessary to run the business:

  • Wix — website, booking, and hosting

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • E-mail communication — if you contact us via e-mail, your message is processed through our e-mail provider All vendors are subject to Data Processing Agreements (DPA). No transfer of personal data occurs to countries outside the EU/EEA without an adequate level of protection.
     

MINORS

Our services are intended for adults. Participation for persons under the age of 18 requires parental or guardian consent. Upon registration, the participant confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained the necessary consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.​
 

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You can request to know what data we hold about you

  • Rectification: You can have inaccurate data corrected

  • Erasure: In certain cases, you can request that your data be deleted

  • Restriction: You can request that the processing of your data be restricted

  • Data Portability: You can receive your data in a structured format

  • Objection: You can object to processing based on legitimate interest If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Inquiries regarding your rights should be sent to hej@slowsense.dk.
     

SECURITY

We protect your personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. The website is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
