Wellness Day: Aroma Cupping™ & Sauna Rituals

Wellness Day is a three-hour sensory experience combining Aroma Cupping™ and Sauna Rituals.

Aroma Cupping™ is a practice where soft silicone cups glide over oiled skin — a soft, reverse kind of massage. Rather than pressing down, the cups gently lift and pull, an awakening, enlivening sensation you feel across the body. Ditte Maria shows you how, and guides you as you try the technique yourself, on your own body and, if you wish, in pairs.

The experience continues with sauna rituals, scented with the same essential oils as the botanical body oils — weaving one continuous thread of aroma through the whole day. Fresh fruit slices, energy balls, tea and water are served throughout. No previous experience is required. About your host:
